THE SUSTAINABLE TABLE IS CLOSING
It is with a heavy heart and considerable emotion that I must report Americas Most Sustainable Full Service Restaurant, my baby is scheduled to close at the end of next week after 16 years of continuous service.
I will be in every night next week overseeing food preparation and service, sharing these last days with my wonderful staff and guests. I want to thank all of our loyal supporters it has been a wonderful ride.
As a newlywed I would like to spend more time with my adorable new wife up in the Portland area, I am ready for the next chapter in my life.
We have a number of parties showing interest in purchasing the facility and one who may carry on our mission of sustainability under a new name and with a different concept.
Loyal and local food lovers can still enjoy a final meal by dining at the Sustainable Table any time this coming week before we close next Saturday, the 20th of August. Reservations can be arranged by calling 541-344-6948.
The Sustainable Table Restaurant showcases Executive Chef Adam Bernstein’s 30+ years of culinary and restaurant expertise.
The mission of our restaurant is to provide the most wholesome, unadulterated local organics produce and all natural proteins available in our region. Honest food stuffs procured from farms, ranches, mills located primarily from within a 75 miles radius, most within a 25 mile radius.
We are located at 30 East Broadway in the heart of downtown Eugene, just two blocks from the Hult Center for the Performing Arts.
We haveĀ two private dining rooms available for special events.
Patio seating is available as weather permits.
